Halloween is just around the corner. I thought it would be fun to see what Halloween activities are planned in Nanaimo. I have compiled a list of some of the fun things available this year.
Haunted Houses in Nanaimo:
For the Halloween season, Island Haunt Productions has increased the intensity level and are excited to present their 2011 attraction, "Forsaken". "Forsaken” is located at 2300 Bowen Road in Nanaimo, which is at Beban Park on the Vancouver Island Exhibition (VIEx) fairgrounds
The terror continues Friday, October 21st and on Saturday, October 22nd. After that, every night from October 25th through October 31st. Hours of operation in October are from 7:00pm to 11:00pm.
Family Halloween Costume Party
Saturday, October 29th, 2011
6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
The Nanaimo Canoe & Kayak Club is hosting its first Family Halloween Costume Party and Dance on Saturday, October 29 at St. Paul's Church from 6pm-10pm. Fun and games from 6pm-8pm; music and dancing from 8pm-10pm. Costume contest, games, crafts, music, dancing, creepy crawly concession, and more. This event is a fundraiser for the Club. Tickets are available at Valhalla, House of Indigo, and The Harbour Chandler.
