The architecture of  Rockwood Heights in Nanaimo captures the beauty of nature and the surrounding land.  These townhouses are nestled in the hilltop, just off Barrington Road, which is just off of Rock City Road, in Departure Bay.

Luxfords on Lexington in Nanaimo - A Review

The Luxfords on Lexington in North Nanaimo is my favourite place to do open houses.  I have been working opens there since last fall.  The finishing in these townhouses is unique, well thought out and well-constructed.  The developer is Saywell Developments, here in Nanaimo.  The development is backed by the National Home Warranty program.

Do I need a home inspection if the home is new construction?

When I am showing new construction homes and townhouses I am often asked if it is necessary to have a home inspection with new construction.  It makes sense to feel that it might be a waste of money to pay for a home inspection when everything is new.  I always advise clients to have one regardless of whether the home is brand new or otherwise.
